Abstract

In exercise of the power conferred on him by clause (XIX) of sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Thal Development Act, 1949 (West Punjab Act, XV of 1949) and in supersession of previous notification No.I & F.6 (E/19-59), dated the 22nd July, 1960, the Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the following rules.
