Peasant Grant Scheme Thal Development Authority (Resolution No.7, dated 08.01.1952)

Abstract

In pursuance of the provisions of Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 30 of the Thal Development Authority Act, 1949, the Thal Development Authority has resolved to issue the following statement of conditions on which the Authority is willing to grant land owned by the authority, to certain persons of the peasant class on the Thal Project Canals: - Statement of conditions issued under section 30 (3) (a) of the Thal Development Act, 1949, relating to Peasant Grants in Thal Project Colony.
