Abstract

Persons owning cultivated agricultural land only and ejected by the C.D.A’s and acquisition Programme under the provisions of the C.D.A. Ordinance No. XXIII of 1960 will be considered eligible for allotment of agricultural land subject to availability in accordance with the object and purpose of this scheme. Acquisition of un-cultivated land shall not constitute any basis for allotment under this scheme.
